1. What Runway is

Runway is a retirement income planning tool. It models your accounts, spending, Social Security, taxes, and healthcare costs to help you explore withdrawal and tax strategies. Runway is educational information only — it is not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation to take a specific financial action. Figures are estimates based on the assumptions you enter and general tax rules; actual results will differ. Speak with a qualified, licensed financial planner or tax professional before acting on anything Runway shows you.

2. Your account

You need an account to save a plan. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you must be at least 18 years old to use Runway.

3. Free and Pro tiers

Runway offers a free tier and a Pro tier ($99/year, billed annually) with additional features. Pro renews automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from within the app (Manage Billing) — cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds: if you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal charge by contacting support@infinitisoft.com — we may ask why, but a good-faith request within that window is honored. Refunds requested after 30 days, or for a period you've already used most of, are granted at our discretion rather than guaranteed. A refund also cancels your subscription immediately, rather than at period end.

4. Your data

The financial information you enter (account balances, spending, ages, Social Security details, and similar) belongs to you. You can delete a saved plan at any time from within the app. See the Privacy Policy for how we store and use it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Runway to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer the underlying calculations for competitive use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Runway is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any calculation, tax figure, or projection. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinitisoft LLC is not liable for any financial decision made based on Runway's output, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the app itself over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
